We also have some properties that are leased to Supported Living Providers on a 5 year lease, these properties have different requirements and so are analysed differently

Once the project is completed and ready for tenants we obtain the relevant licence and then we refinance the property to the value it now holds. This refinance is how we extract the cash that has been invested so that we can repay any loans and also take our funds back ready to put into the next project.
