By investing with Haus Property you can get great returns on your cash without any of the hassle of owning or managing a property yourself.
We always invest our own funds into all of our projects to reduce risk to our investors and also to demonstrate our full commitment to ensuring our projects are successful. We offer investments on a fixed return basis, typically over a 12 month period depending on the specific project.

We will only work with investors who satisfy Financial Conduct Authority regulations and will take you through a due diligence process to assess your suitability.
OUR PROCESS
SOURCE
We identify the right property within our investment area. The property is tailored to the type of project we are looking to develop. In our portfolio we have a range of sized professional HMO’s from 4 bedrooms to 8 bedrooms. We also have some properties that are leased to Supported Living Providers on a 5 year lease, these properties have different requirements and so are analysed differently
FUND
We fund our projects either fully or partly with our own cash, we also occasionally use bridging finance or private investors funds.
DEVELOP
Development works take place by people we know and trust. All developments are overseen and managed by us personally and timelines are closely monitored.
REFINANCE
Once the project is completed and ready for tenants we obtain the relevant licence and then we refinance the property to the value it now holds. This refinance is how we extract the cash that has been invested so that we can repay any loans and also take our funds back ready to put into the next project.
RENT
We then either rent the property out as a whole or we rent rooms out individually.
MANAGE
We keep the management of our properties in-house so that we can ensure the highest levels of customer service to our tenants, we believe nobody would look after our assets and tenants with as much care and consideration as we do. We take pride in doing this well and our tenants prefer not to have to deal with an agency.
